- Proactively lead high-impact, consistent classroom presentations across all feeder high schools and colleges in the community during peak recruitment cycles.
- Maintain a consistent presence at target high schools, colleges and in the community through tabling, pop-up events, and outreach activities to capture new leads.
- Support partnerships by executing recruitment strategies that leverage relationships (principals, counselors, teachers) built by the Senior Manager to secure consistent classroom access and referral sources.
- Maintain and utilize the standardized recruitment toolkit (messaging, templates, materials) to ensure consistent, high-quality outreach.
- Execute recruitment events and activities as directed by the Senior Manager, focusing on capturing and converting prospective member interest.
- In collaboration with the Sr. Manager, pilot referral and youth ambassador recruitment activities at the center and in the community.
- Identify and escalate access barriers, low conversion, or systemic outreach issues to the Senior Manager promptly.

- Re-engage cold or unresponsive leads via multi-channel outreach to move them toward a scheduled tour.
- Accurately track all interest forms, outreach attempts, and follow-up activities to maintain clear data integrity for funnel tracking.
- Conduct regular reviews of lead generation and conversion data and prepare clear summaries for the Senior Manager/Center Team meetings.

- Lead the delivery of the existing career development Quest Club curriculum at the center to support active members' growth.
- Support parent communication efforts, share parent-friendly information after presentations and support the Senior Manager’s seasonal parent touchpoints as needed.
- Actively participate in Hub and Center Team meetings, sharing insights from the field to improve recruitment strategy.
- Provide general support to fundraising efforts by showcasing members and member work, and acting as a professional ambassador in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The equivalent of at least 5 years of full-time professional experience in a field related to youth engagement, outreach, or community coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively recruit, engage, and connect positively with youth from diverse backgrounds, with a proven focus on meeting quantitative targets.
